How to Care for Tarnish-Resistant Jewelry

The do's
- Wear it daily. Showering, sleeping, gym sessions — Onyxelle survives.
- Pat dry after pool / ocean. Chlorine and saltwater can dull plating. Rinse with fresh water, gently pat dry.
- Apply perfume / lotion / hairspray BEFORE jewelry. Let products fully absorb before putting Onyxelle on.
- Clean with mild soap + soft cloth. Once a month or as needed.
- Store in a dry, cool place. The included gift box is perfect.
The don'ts
- Don't use silver polish or baking soda paste. These strip gold plating.
- Don't use ultrasonic cleaners. Vibrations can damage plating bond.
- Don't expose to bleach or ammonia. Even briefly.
- Don't store in humid bathrooms. Humidity dulls finish over time.
- Don't store pieces touching each other. Tangling and scratching follow.
How to clean (the right way)
- Mix 2-3 drops of mild dish soap in warm (not hot) water.
- Soak for 2-3 minutes.
- Gently rub with a soft cloth or soft toothbrush.
- Rinse with clean water.
- Pat completely dry.
