Cookies and Tracking

International Transfers

Some sub-processors (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta) may store data outside Canada. We ensure they apply equivalent safeguards as required by Canadian law.

Order data: 7 years (Canadian tax law)
Account data: until deletion or 3 years of inactivity
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe
Browsing data: 26 months max

Your Rights

Under PIPEDA and Bill 25, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email contact@onyxelle.ca (subject: Privacy). We respond within 30 days.

Marketing Communications

We send marketing emails only to subscribers who opted in. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in any marketing email.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a confidentiality incident posing a risk of serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec without delay (typically within 72 hours of discovery), as required by Bill 25.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 14 years of age.
