At ONYXELLE, every Canadian order ships free — no minimum spend, no surprise fees. Here's exactly what to expect.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across Canada to:

Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan.

We do not currently ship to: Quebec, Yukon, Nunavut, Northwest Territories. We're working on expanding — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Shipping Cost

Free standard shipping on every order — no minimum spend required. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time you place your order (Monday–Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, you'll receive it within 5–12 business days, delivered by Canada Post or our trusted Canadian shipping partner. Total time from order to door: typically 6–14 business days.

Delivery times can vary slightly during peak seasons and remote postal codes.

Tracking Your Order

The moment your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder or email contact@onyxelle.ca.

Duties & Customs

Because we ship from Canada to Canada, there are no duties, customs fees, or unexpected charges when your order arrives. The total at checkout is what you pay — period.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Entered the wrong address? Contact us at contact@onyxelle.ca within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll update it before processing. Once your order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

Late, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Late delivery: If your order hasn't arrived after 14 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Lost in transit: If tracking confirms your package is lost, we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Damaged on arrival: Email us photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery — we'll replace or refund.
