Will my Onyxelle piece tarnish or fade?

Onyxelle pieces use a premium 18K gold-plated finish bonded to a surgical-grade 316L steel core — the same technology luxury watch brands use. Under normal everyday wear, your piece keeps its shine for years. Avoid prolonged contact with chlorine pools, bleach, harsh chemicals, and abrasive surfaces.

Is Onyxelle hypoallergenic?

We use nickel-free, lead-free, cadmium-free materials safe for the vast majority of skin types, including those with mild metal sensitivities. If you have a severe metal allergy, consult a healthcare professional before wearing. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Can I wear it in the shower or at the gym?

Yes — Onyxelle is built for daily wear, including showers, gym sessions, and even sleeping in. Avoid prolonged contact with chlorine pools, hot tubs, and saltwater (ocean swimming).

How long does shipping take?

Free shipping to all eligible Canadian addresses on every order. Order processing takes 1-2 business days; transit takes 5-12 business days via tracked international carrier. Total estimated delivery: 6-14 business days. See Shipping Policy.

Where do you ship?

We ship to most Canadian provinces: Alberta, BC, Manitoba, NB, NL, NS, Ontario, PEI, Saskatchewan. We currently do not ship to Quebec, Yukon, NWT, or Nunavut.

What's your return policy?

60 days from delivery. Defective items get full refund + we pay return shipping. Change-of-mind returns: refund minus return shipping (customer pays). Final sale items (engraved, pierced earrings, gift cards): non-returnable. See Refund Policy.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes — every order ships in our signature gift-ready box at no extra cost.

How do I take care of my Onyxelle piece?

Wipe with a soft cloth occasionally. Avoid prolonged exposure to bleach, chlorine pools, and saltwater. Store flat or hung when not worn. Remove before applying perfumes or lotions.

Are prices in CAD?

Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable provincial sales tax (GST/HST/PST) is calculated at checkout based on your delivery province.
