Onyxelle ships to most Canadian provinces:
We do not currently ship to: Quebec, Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut. Customers in these regions cannot complete checkout.
Free shipping to all eligible Canadian addresses, no minimum order. No hidden handling, customs, or import fees charged at delivery.
Orders ship from our international fulfillment partners. Estimates are not guaranteed. Severe weather, customs holds, peak season volume, or carrier delays may extend transit. We are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping confirmation email with tracking number arrives once your package is dispatched from our fulfillment partner.
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses you provided. If a package is returned due to address error, customer pays re-shipment fee.
If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it: check with neighbors and household, look for delivery notice, wait 48h. After 48h, email contact@onyxelle.ca. For confirmed lost packages (not delivered after 14 business days from shipping date), we issue a replacement at no charge after carrier investigation.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos of exterior before opening, document any damage to contents, and email us within 14 days. We arrange free replacement.
Free shipping covers all standard delivery costs. We pre-clear customs where applicable; you should not be charged any additional duties or import fees on delivery.
Onyxelle is not liable for shipping delays, lost or damaged packages caused by events outside reasonable control: natural disasters, postal strikes, pandemics, severe weather, customs holds, or government actions.
